Full MMP accreditation to become a Qualified Specialist means you will need some understanding of psychometrics to discuss assessment results with others. Three days spent on theory, test construction and psychometrics, including MMP score interpretation and debriefing will bring you up to speed. If the accreditation program is not for you, but you do want the benefits that the MMP offers, consider taking a slower approach by completing only those modules that are the most important for your work, or think about bringing in a Qualified Specialist to complement your work.

The setting is informal, whether in your boardroom, or a nearby conference room. Alternatively, the workshop can be spread out over six half-days through online teleconferencing.

It is also possible to opt for a modular approach and do only the modules that are important and essential for you. Complete your own combination of modules at your convenience for USD $375 per module and an MMP title that acknowledges your particular specialization.

The on-site workshop is divided into 12 sessions. The sessions contain first-hand instruction from the MMP co-developers, as well as interactive discussion and practice. You will also get an opportunity for a personal debriefing of your MMP results to experience the assessment first-hand. It is also a great opportunity for networking and forming partnerships.
